At Macros Flex Fitness, our founder and lead coach, Amy T., brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others to our community. After retiring from a fulfilling career in teaching, Amy embarked on a journey to combine her love for education with her long-standing interest in health and wellness. This path led to the establishment of Macros Flex Fitness, where Amy now focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals through personalized macro coaching and tailored workout plans. By merging the skills acquired as an educator with a deep understanding of macro tracking and fitness methodologies, Amy has created an environment where clients can thrive, transform, and reach their full potential.
